A Date With Dave Allen

Recently we sat down and got to know Dave Allen, the newest member of the Title Source National Commercial Cleveland office. Here, we share our more notable facts about Dave, so you can get to know him too.

What’s your job role at the National Commercial Cleveland office?

I’m a Business Development Associate, and bring over twenty years of sales experience with me.

Where did you go to school?

I attended Baldwin Wallace University where I earned a Bachelor Degree in business administration and communication.

What organizations are you affiliated with?

I’m involved in or attend functions at The Association for Corporate Growth, The Association of Corporate Counsel, The Society for Corporate Governance, and The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

Professionally, what do you want to be remembered for?

I want all my clients to know they can trust in me and count on me; I’m obsessed with providing exceptional customer service and being available at all times. Over the years, I’ve had so many clients become friends, so providing exceptional service has an even higher importance for me than you’d think. That’s also how I heard about the opening at National Commercial in Cleveland – a friend thought I would be a good fit for the position and when I met with other members of the office it was a great match.

What motivates you to succeed?

It would definitely be my family. I want my two girls to have the best life that I can provide for them, and I want my wife and me to be able to retire somewhere warm.

What was your dream job growing up?

I wanted to become a police officer, like my father and older brother, but as I grew older I realized that it wasn’t the right line of work for me. It takes a special person to fill those shoes.

What do you do with some of your spare time?

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my family. We try to volunteer in a food pantry whenever possible, where we serve meals to those in need.

Do you prefer the city or the country?

I really appreciate both, but for my day-to-day life, I have to say that I love the city right now. Just because everything is so convenient and I love being around all the action.

Would you rather have a night out or a night in?

I guess it would depend on my mood, but it would more likely be a night in.

What’s a great vacation to you?

Charleston, South Carolina – I recently went there with my wife to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it’s our favorite place in the world; we’ve been there quite a few times. It’s where we hope to retire.
