The Title Source team came out swinging like it was spring training earlier this month when they hit Las Vegas for the 2017 Ellie Mae Experience conference. Exhibiting for the third consecutive year, the team spent three days showcasing demos of Title Source’s integration with Encompass to a conference crowd that included nearly 3,000 attendees from the lending industry.
The focus of the annual conference is to demonstrate new innovations, discuss the latest strategies, share best practices and provide hands-on training to Encompass users and potential users, according to marketing literature on experience.elliemae.com. Conference-goers came from all over the country to gain insight on using the Encompass LOS system.
“They were all impressed with our level of integration,” said Vice President, Title Source National Sales, Jason Hall. “Many commented on the fact that it not only includes pricing and ordering, but also document exchange and signing requests.”
The Title Source team walked visitors through demos that showed how easy it is to choose the Title Source module within Encompass and gave them a guided tour through all the major benefits of the integration, such as free, accurate, real-time quotes, the convenience and ease of scheduling closings directly in the integration, and the efficiency of having data auto populate directly from Encompass into Title Source’s order.
In the spirit of Vegas, the Title Source booth celebrated the week with a sweepstakes game where participants pulled from a bowl in search of a limited number of winning keys that unlocked the prize box. Three lucky players opened the box and each walked away with a $150 Amazon gift card. Another Title Source sweepstakes giveaway featured a drawing that awarded the winner with four tickets to a spectacular Cirque du Soleil performance.
Attendees who participated in the key game sweepstakes also took part in a quick survey about the integration demos. According to the survey data, 90 percent of those who experienced the demo felt the Title Source integration would be beneficial to their company, and 100 percent responded that they felt the integration was user-friendly.
“The Encompass Experience Conference was a great event,” Hall said. “We know that we are on the forefront of integrations with Encompass based on repeated feedback we receive from Encompass users.”
