It was “boots on the ground” as appraisers from around the country headed to Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas Nov. 1-3 to attend the 2017 Appraisal Summit and Expo. Team members from TSI Appraisal hosted a booth at the expo where they welcomed feedback on how current staff and fee panel appraisers feel about working with the company.
“It was great to hear stories from appraisers that appreciate working with us,” TSI Appraisal Partner Management Team Leader, Akaida Fletcher said. “We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, which is why it was really exciting to be able to communicate one-on-one with people about the benefits of using our proprietary My Appraisals app.”
This year’s TSI Appraisal booth featured giveaways and a sweepstakes for attendees. Visitors to the booth were also invited to experience a demo of the My Appraisals app and give feedback in a survey. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Of those who demoed the app, 100 percent responded that the app was user-friendly, and over 93 percent responded that they thought it would be useful in scheduling appraisals.
The mobile app is just one way TSI Appraisal is continually working toward enhancing communications with its nationwide network of more than 15,000 partners. As a tech-driven company that never loses focus of the value of the personal touch, TSI Appraisal values the interaction and feedback that a venue like the Appraisal Summit and Expo provides. According to appraisers who use the app regularly, the technology makes it easier to work more efficiently and have more time for the things that are most important to them.
“Even appraisers who’ve worked with us for a long time and might usually shy away from using unfamiliar technology walked away realizing how user-friendly and useful the app was,” observed Fletcher. “There are definitely a lot more happy users of the app after the expo, and that makes it worth the trip.”
