Steve Nadolski
Vice President, Commercial Accounts
Steve has over 19 years of commercial title insurance experience. Steve began his title
career with Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation in the National Division where he
cultivated and established a large national client base. In addition, he has developed
a large resource base for title, survey and transactional contacts across the country to
help service the special needs of his clients. Steve continues to achieve success through
his tireless commitment to his customers. This dedication extends to all facets of a
transaction, from the initial customer contact to the issuance of a final policy. Steve
stays informed of current trends in the industry through his affiliations in professional
organizations such as MLTA and CORENET. His endless pursuit of customer satisfaction has
become his trademark in the industry. Steve earned his Business Management degree in 1988
from Macomb Community College.
Lance D. Davis
Senior Account Executive
Lance began his commercial real estate career over 23 years ago working in leasing and
property management for various major corporations. In the last 16 years Lance forged
his career in the national commercial title arena with Lawyers Title Insurance
Corporation, National Division, and was integral in expanding the commercial client
base for that office with new corporate and legal contacts and hands-on, personal
service. He has built an invaluable national network for real estate products and
services to meet clients’ escrow and closing needs. His dedication to customer service
has lead to his success in the title industry and has made him a key contact in
commercial real estate. Lance has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science
from Michigan State University.
Robert S. Powell
Commercial Account Executive
Bob began his career in the title insurance industry, in 1972, with Transamerica Title.
The company was expanding from California into Michigan and introduced the concept of
Extended Escrow to the State. In 1975, Bob moved to a fledgling agency that grew into Chicago
Title Insurance Company’s largest agent in the nation. Bob was an integral part of that growth.
He rose to direct the company’s operation in the largest, most affluent county in the state.
He handled projects from single family residential ventures to the assemblages of land and
development of commercial properties of all types and valuations. Among those notable commercial
projects, Bob directed the assemblage of land, construction and long term financing of the
Palace of Auburn Hills (a major sports and entertainment venue). Over the years, Bob underwrote
and closed commercial transactions involving Multi-State, Multi-Site acquisitions and financings,
and multi-step 1031 exchanges. Since joining Title Source three years ago, Bob has utilized his
wealth of knowledge and experience to bring the most complex commercial deals to a successful
closing.
Janet Meisel Voisine, Esq.
Vice President, Commercial Counsel
Janet has over 19 years experience in local and national commercial, real estate transactions
and has been a practicing real estate attorney for 25 years. She most recently was Vice
President – Commercial Transactions for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation’s National
Division in Troy, Michigan. Janet has been involved in a wide array of commercial purchase
and sale deals, traditional and synthetic financing transactions and new development/construction
projects for corporate and legal clients, including regional retail centers, automotive plants
and facilities, housing developments, office buildings and industrial parks. Her commitment to
quality and service and her experience and expertise in the real estate and title business
provides considerable advantage for her clients. Janet earned her Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude
from Detroit College of Law in 1987 and her B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University in 1984.
Robin Ansama
National Commercial Title & Escrow Officer
Robin possesses over 30 years of real estate and commercial title insurance experience and has worked
for commercial developer, LTIC and most recently First American. Robin held a variety of positions at
First American including Manager of National Escrow Center and Closing Supervisor of the Michigan
National Commercial Services Group. She has exceptional customer service and is highly regarded in
the title industry.
